This 90-minute workshop reconnects you with your natural rhythm by exploring the connection between the moon and the menstrual cycle.  

• Understand the connection between the phases of the menstrual cycle and the moon
• Learn how each menstrual phase influences your energy, mood, creativity, and intuition
• Learn how to track your menstrual cycle
• Learn practical ways to incorporate self-care throughout your cycle to align with your body's natural rhythm 
• An opportunity to journal and create an art-piece reflecting your experience with your cycle (no artistic skill necessary!)

• Those who do not have a menstrual cycle and want to reconnect with their cyclical nature 
• Those who are already cycle-aware and want to deepen their practice and connection with their body
